ISIS (Islamic State –IS) once more attacked Shia Houthi mosques while people were preparing for evening prayers in the capital of Yemen. Currently, it is known that over 30 people have perished because of the latest terrorist attacks against the Shia Houthis. This follows on from the deaths of 142 people in March this year when ISIS once more targeted Shia Houthi mosques.

The same coin of sectarian hatred also besets the Shia Houthis because the Saudi Arabia led coalition is responsible for targeting this religious group. Sadly, the severity of this reality can be seen by the startling number of deaths in Yemen because of the deeds of Sunni Muslim majority nations that support the agenda of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, since the Saudi Arabia led coalition began to kill indiscriminately in Yemen both al-Qaeda affiliates and ISIS appear to be doing the deeds of feudal monarchies on the ground.

This three pronged attack against the Shia and forces that oppose the Saudi Arabia diktat sums up the reality of the intrigues of Riyadh. Like usual, the nations of America, France and the United Kingdom are siding with feudal monarchies that hate religious diversity.

The BBC reports: “Yemen has been in turmoil since Houthi rebels overran Sanaa last September, forcing the government of President Mansour Abdrabbuh Hadi to flee… In late March, a coalition led by Saudi Arabia began targeting the rebels with air strikes. Since then, more than 2,000 people have been killed in the conflict, including at least 1,400 civilians, according to the UN.”

France 24 (with AFP and Reuters) also reports about the latest terrorist attacks aimed at the Shia Houthis in Yemen. This media agency stresses “At least four car bombs hit three mosques and the political headquarters of the Houthi movement in the Yemeni capital Sanaa on Wednesday, a security official said, killing and wounding dozens of people.”

In Syria, the central government is also fighting against the intrigues of America, France, Gulf powers, Turkey, ISIS, al-Qaeda affiliates and the United Kingdom. Given this reality, the Shia Houthis in Yemen are also fighting the same forces that seek to overthrow the government of Syria based on Gulf petrodollars.

ISIS is clearly targeting Shia Houthi mosques in Yemen because this Takfiri sectarian group deems other Muslim sects to be infidels. At the same time, political elites in Riyadh continue to bombard the people of Yemen based on the sectarian nature of Saudi Arabia.

Al Monitor highlights the dire situation for the people of Yemen by focusing on health issues since the Saudi Arabia led coalition began bombing this nation. This media group reports “The situation is precarious and sanitary conditions are deplorable, particularly after the spread of infectious diseases in Aden,” said Saleh al-Dubahi, head of the epidemiological surveillance service for dengue fever at Al-Breihi hospital.”

In another article by Modern Tokyo Times it was stated:Media coverage throughout the Gulf and in major Western nations is one of hypocrisy. After all, Syria is condemned for defending itself against al-Qaeda affiliates and ISIS – and countless other terrorist and Takfiri forces – yet, Saudi Arabia is allowed to bomb an independent state.”

Therefore, while ISIS is killing on the ground in Yemen based on targeting Shia Mulims; the Saudi Arabia led coalition government is killing from the air based on similar factors. In other words, the Shia Houthis of Yemen – just like the Syrian government – faces the evil of Gulf petrodollars – the duplicity of America, France and the United Kingdom – and the brutal reality that ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorist groups are in league with feudal Gulf monarchies.
