General Policies:

All advertising is subject to Modern Tokyo Times’s (“MTT”) approval. MTT reserves the right to reject advertising. Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content (including text representation and illustration) of advertisements printed and assume responsibility for any resulting claims against MTT. MTT assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, it becomes necessary to omit an advertisement.

Advertising Placement:

Ads are placed according to MTT`s ad layout for its web site. Requests for special positioning of ads on MTT`s web site will be accepted at a surcharge of 10% of the earned rate for each of the ads involved, subject to mechanical production requirements for its web site. Special discounts are given during monthly advertisement campaigns.
