According to various reports it is believed that ISIS (Islamic State) is holding over 3,000 Yazidis in Iraq and Syria. This reality is extremely beguiling given the barbaric nature of ISIS. Therefore, it is imperative that this Sunni Islamist Takfiri group is eradicated in Iraq and Syria – and in other nations where this terrorist group exists.

Sunni Islamist Takfiris in Iraq and Syria are also targeting Alawites (Syria), Christians and Shia Muslims. Similarly, minority groups including the Shabaks in Iraq face the sword of ISIS. Likewise, non Islamist Kurds are also butchered by ISIS based on the intrigues of this Takfiri Islamist group and certain elements within the body politic of Turkey. Also, Sunni Muslim clerics and lay people from this faith that oppose ISIS equally face the wrath of this Islamist Takfiri sectarian force.

However, given the delicate situation of the Yazidi faith in Iraq, based on the desire of ISIS to eradicate the region of this religious minority, then clearly the international community must do more to help this embattled minority. Of course, if the armed forces of Syria collapsed then the Alawites and Christians would face the same brutal reality. Therefore, it is essential that the central government of Syria – and the armed forces of this nation – survive the Sunni Islamist Takfiri onslaught along with the intrigues of certain Gulf and NATO powers.

In a past article by Modern Tokyo Times it was stated “The utter depravity of ISIS (Islamic State – IS) knows no boundaries therefore the discovery of around 80 female Yazidis in a mass grave isn’t a shock. This sad reality is based on ISIS slaughtering Alawites (Syria), beheading Christians on beaches in Libya, enslaving non-Muslim religious minorities, butchering Shia Muslims – and other brutal realities. Therefore, the mass grave containing around 80 Yazidi females is part and parcel of the depraved nature of Sunni Islamist Takfiris that slaughter and enslave.”

The same article continued: “After Iraqi Kurdish fighters forced out ISIS barbarians from Sinjar in Iraq a female Yazidi mass grave was found. It soon became apparent that the Yazidi females were aged between the 40s and well into elderly age. Sadly, the reality behind this is that captured younger Yazidi women are being raped and forced into sexual slavery.”

In other words the sexual morality of ISIS is that they have the right to enslave young Yazidi females and to butcher older ladies from this religious group. This reality means that ISIS supports the rape of Yazidi women and to kill females based on age and fertility. Of course, this reality isn’t new because throughout history various Sunni Islamist forces have butchered, enslaved, raped and forcibly converted a plethora of different faith groups. However, unlike past history books, ISIS is a modern phenomenon that can equally be found in Nigeria (Boko Haram), Somalia (al-Shabaab), and in other parts of the world, where various Sunni Islamist Takfiri forces are committing daily atrocities.

Ironically, despite the armed forces of Syria protecting all religious minorities and where President Bashar al-Assad visits the churches of Christians, various Gulf and NATO powers still seek to destabilize this secular nation. Indeed, NATO Turkey is an open conduit for Sunni Islamist Takfiri terrorists and any mercenary that seeks to slaughter Syrians for the highest bidder. Therefore, it is imperative that the government of Syria is supported otherwise the fate of this nation will follow the pattern of Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.

Al-Monitor reports: “The Yazidis are neither Muslims nor Arabs and follow a unique faith despised by the Islamic State jihadist group. The Kurdish-speaking minority is mostly based around Sinjar Mountain in northern Iraq… In 2014, IS jihadists massacred Yazidis, forced tens of thousands of them to flee, and captured thousands of girls and women as spoils of war.”

In Iraq it is abundantly clear that various Shia groups are on the frontline against ISIS. Likewise, a strengthened Syria will witness the rolling back of this barbaric sectarian and Takfiri group.
