The secular government of Syria continues to hold out against the many Gulf and Western intrigues that have tried to oust the current leadership of this nation at all costs. Prior to the meddling of outside nations, not one media or political leader can point to any period in the history of Syria under President Bashar al-Assad, whereby people were fleeing the armed forces of this nation. On the contrary, Syria was steadfast in its independence and where religious minorities like Christians could flee Iraq and find sanctuary. However, after the demise of Colonel Gaddafi in Libya both Gulf and NATO powers believed that they could dictate the future of the Middle East and North Africa based on destabilization and meddling.

Shamefully, the international media on the whole in the West – and in feudal kingdoms in the Gulf – peddled enormous disinformation. After all, from day one the so-called forces of democracy were lynching Syrian soldiers and killing people who were deemed loyal to the government. Within such a short time, the Free Syrian Army (FSA), just like the Kosovo Liberation Army and the many militias in Libya, sprang up rapidly. Obviously, the reasons for all the above is based on international intrigues emanating within the corridors of power in Ankara, Doha, London, Paris, Riyadh, and Washington.

President Erdogan of Turkey is continuing to pull the strings in this NATO nation. In other words, ISIS (IS – Islamic State), al-Nusra, the FSA, and an array of terrorist and sectarian groups that melt into each other – alongside individual terrorists entering Syria from a multitude of nations – continue to have a nice haven in the border areas between Syria and Turkey that is openly manipulated. Not only this, military hardware obtained by terrorists, logistics, covert operatives, mercenaries, terrorists, sectarians and so forth, all find a friend in Ankara and the same policy is continuing in late 2016. Despite this, at no time does Turkey feel threatened from being expelled from NATO. Similarly, Turkey knows that President Obama will not isolate the political elites in Ankara despite the obvious terrorist ratlines.

Indeed, it appears that Obama doesn’t even take note of what the Jobe Biden (Vice President of America) says. After all, the Vice President of America state, “The Turks, who are great friends — I have a great relationship with Erdogan, whom I spend a lot of time with — the Saudis, the Emiratis, etc. What were they doing? They were so determined to take down (Syrian President Bashar) Assad and essentially have a proxy Sunni-Shia war.”

Biden continued, “What did they do? They poured hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of tons of weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad — except that the people who were being supplied were al-Nusra and al-Qaeda and the extremist elements of jihadis coming from other parts of the world.”

YPG spokesperson, Polat Can, was quoted in Newsweek last year where he stated “There is more than enough evidence with us now proving that the Turkish army gives ISIS terrorists weapons, ammunitions and allows them to cross the Turkish official border crossings in order for ISIS terrorists to initiate inhumane attacks against the Kurdish people in Rojava [north-eastern Syria].”

In a past article by Modern Tokyo Times it was reported, “It is noticeable that al-Qaeda groups like Nusra find a natural home near NATO Turkey and Israel. Similarly, ISIS and MIT within the covert world of Turkey are involved in many underhanded realities. Indeed, photo images have shown military deliveries to various terrorist and sectarian groups entering Syria based on the policies of Ankara. Also, militant sectarians in the FSA, Nusra, ISIS – and other terrorist and sectarian groups that often melt into each other – have been patched up openly in NATO Turkey after being injured in Syria. However, for Obama and other political elites they are spreading a false mantra because the threat to the mosaic of the Levant and Iraq applies to the evil deeds being done by Gulf and Western powers – alongside the geopolitical agenda of Turkey.”

Obama knows full well the truth stated by the Vice President of America on the role of Turkey helping international jihadists like ISIS. Indeed, the role of the CIA is equally murky in relation to various terrorist ratlines. However, even elements within Washington are baulking at ISIS because of the threat of this force against Iraq. Despite this, it is clear that ISIS and the current US bombing of this group appear like a phony war – and the same applies to events around Mosul in Iraq in 2016. After all, the power base of ISIS in Syria remains strong and it appears that America, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey are opening up escape routes from Mosul, whereby they will escape to Syria.

Turning back to NATO Turkey, then given the lack of pressure being put on Ankara by this military bloc then obviously something is amiss. After all, if NATO is seen to be in a fight against terrorism, then how is it that NATO Turkey is in cohorts with several terrorist and sectarian groups? Of course, the Libyan debacle clearly highlights the reality that NATO powers bombed from the sky while covert operatives were involved on the ground. More important, it was clear that al-Qaeda forces and other terrorist groups were working on the same side in Libya. In other words, NATO powers became a bombing tool to assist various non-al-Qaeda affiliated militias and al-Qaeda affiliates. However, in Turkey, according to important political elites in America, it is now apparent that a NATO power is being used openly and manipulated in order to defeat the secular government of Syria.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky) highlights the estranged policy of the current Obama administration. He says: “I think one of the reasons why ISIS has been emboldened is because we have been arming their allies. We have been allied with ISIS in Syria.”

Rand Paul continues: “We have been fighting alongside al Qaeda, fighting alongside ISIS…ISIS is now emboldened and in two countries. But here’s the anomaly. We’re with ISIS in Syria. We’re on the same side of the war. So, those who want to get involved to stop ISIS in Iraq are allied with ISIS in Syria. That is real contradiction to this whole policy.”

In the case of Turkey, unlike the estranged policies of Washington, it is clear that Ankara is increasingly focused on preventing the Kurds from emerging more powerful and maintaining pressure on the government of Syria. This reality means that ISIS and international jihadists have a welcome friend in Ankara and this should shame NATO and the estranged Obama administration. It matters not if Erdogan succumbs to pressure from the Russian Federation and eventually turns the terrorist clock 0ff against Syria because the damage is already done.

Internationally, Libya was extremely dubious because obviously al-Qaeda affiliates and other terrorist forces had a similar objective when it came to ousting Gaddafi. Therefore, the air forces of certain NATO powers became a willing partner and today Libya is now a failed state whereby al-Qaeda affiliates, various militias, and ISIS, have turned this nation into a failed state and a dagger at the heart of Europe. Despite this, NATO powers tried to claim that they were assisting democratic forces in Libya but of course today it is clear that this was never the case. However, in NATO Turkey it is clear that international jihadists from all over the world can utilize this nation and obtain important military hardware. In other words, Syria is a graveyard for NATO because at no time was Turkey threatened with expulsion from this organization despite being openly condemned by the Vice President of America and many others.
